Hello, my name is Sarah and I refuse to write my bio in the third person because it makes me very uncomfortable.

I am a Los Angeles based artist lurking somewhere in the San Fernando Valley. Art is my anchor. I exist in an eternal love affair with any drawing utensil I can get my hands on. If you spend more than five minutes with me you will learn that I draw compulsively.

I am versatile in both traditional and digital platforms, and I strive to make my living through the means of illustration and image-based graphic design.

Out of all my artistic endeavors, becoming a "haunter" has been my proudest achievement to date. In 2012 I joined the phenomenal crew of Big Worm's Sherwood Scare, a critically acclaimed haunt in Encino, California. I have worked as a production artist, set designer, make-up artist, actor and stunt-person.

I graduated with a BFA in painting from the late College of Santa Fe, now known as Santa Fe University of Art and Design. I have also studied at UCLA Extension in the Design Communication Arts program for two years.
